Dr. Thomas Brady earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the prestigious Tufts School of Dental Medicine, followed by a two year General Practice Residency in the US Army serving as Captain.
As a dentist in Westbrook, CT, Dr. Brady stays up-to-date on the latest techniques in Dentistry as a member of the Council that provides continuing education to his colleagues. He is also a Charter Member of the River Valley Study Club. He holds a Lifelong Learning Award from The Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Brady is a strong advocate for oral health and patient rights.
He has Honorary Fellowships in the American College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard Academy, Federation Dentaire Internationale, the Horace Wells Society, and the International College of Dentists, for which he now serves as Connecticut Regent. He has earned a fellowship in the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and he is a founder and member of the Connecticut Dental Identification Forensic Team.
Dr. Brady maintains a stellar personal and professional reputation among his colleagues and within the community.
Dr. Daniel J. Nasser was born and raised in Groton, CT, and is a graduate of Fitch High School. He attended the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT, and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neurobiology. He then completed his DMD at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine at the UCONN Health Center in Farmington, CT, graduating in 2013. Following dental school, Dr. Nasser opted to further his training in hospital-based and emergency dentistry by completing a one-year general dentistry residency program at the New York Hospital in Queens, NY.
After completing the program in NYC, Dr. Nasser returned home to Connecticut, where he now practices at Westbrook Dental.
When not at the office, Dr. Nasser can be found cheering for the Yankees and Giants or at the driving range attempting to learn how to play golf.
Dr. John M. Johnson, known by everyone by “Jack”, grew up in Berwick, Pennsylvania, a small community near the Pocono Mountains. Jack attended the University of Scranton on an athletic scholarship, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.
Dr. Johnson finished his formal education at Georgetown University, receiving his degree in Dentistry in 1985. After graduation, he joined the faculty of Georgetown Dental School, teaching in the specialty of crown & bridge.
Dr. Johnson has been practicing dentistry in southeastern Connecticut since March of 1986.
During his time off, he can be found on the golf course, if weather permits.
Dr. Alyssa M. Kievit earned her doctorate at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine after graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biology from Syracuse University. She furthered her training by completing a General Practice Dental Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York.
Dr. Kievit enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is interested in helping her patients improve their oral health by providing comprehensive dental treatment. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and Connecticut State Dental Association. She is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the newest techniques in dentistry. She has volunteered her skills by participating in Connecticut’s Mission of Mercy, Special Olympics, and traveled to Honduras as a member of a dental service trip.
In her spare time, Dr. Kievit enjoys staying active with her husband and golden retriever, Lucy. She enjoys skiing, traveling, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
